A design only works if it can be approved and built. Our architects work alongside engineering consultants for structure and MEP, and we prepare the submissions for Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA and the community or master developer.
We design in BIM and show every stage in 3D, so you can walk through the plan, the facade and the interiors before construction starts. Where it is part of the appointment, our project management team supervises the contractor until handover.
