Frequently asked questions
How long does a commercial project take?
A small retail fit-out can take 2-3 months, and a large office building 18-24 months from concept to completion. Once the drawings and NOCs are complete, Dubai Municipality issues the permit within 3-15 working days.
Do you design fit-outs in malls and office towers?
Yes. We prepare the drawings for the landlord’s NOC, the fit-out permit and Civil Defence, and coordinate with the building management.
Can you work in free zones?
Yes. Projects in DDA or Trakhees areas follow their own permit route, and we prepare the submissions for each.
Can a development be built in phases?
Yes. We plan the whole site, then design each phase to work on its own.
How much does commercial architecture cost?
Fees are quoted per project and depend on the size, complexity and services included. Send us the site details and we’ll prepare a proposal.
