These terms apply to your use of almujassam.ae, the website of Al Mujassam Architects and Engineers LLC ("Al Mujassam", "we"). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The information on this site

  • Our articles, cost guides, approval timelines and checklists are general information about designing and building in Dubai and the UAE. They are not professional advice for your plot or your project.
  • Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, master developers and other authorities change their rules, fees and timelines. Check the current requirements, or ask us for advice in writing, before you rely on any of them.
  • We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current.

Project images

  • Many project images on this site are architectural visualisations (3D renders) of our designs. A finished building may differ from its render.
  • Project names use initials to protect our clients' privacy.

Enquiries, quotes and contracts

  • Sending a form, an email or a WhatsApp message does not create a contract between you and us.
  • Any fee, scope or timeline we mention before a signed agreement is an estimate. Our services, fees and responsibilities are set only by a written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

  • The designs, drawings, renders, photographs, videos, text and logos on this site belong to Al Mujassam or to their owners. They are protected under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights.
  • You may view the site and share links to its pages. You may not copy, publish, sell or build from our designs or drawings, or reuse our content in your own materials, without our written permission.

Using the site

You agree not to:

  • Send false, misleading or automated enquiries.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the site's security, including the spam check.
  • Copy the site's content in bulk by scraping or other automated means.
  • Use the site in any way that breaks UAE law.

Reviews

The client reviews on this site come from our Google Business Profile. Each one reflects the reviewer's own experience and is not a promise of a particular result.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as Dubai Municipality, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

  • We provide the site as it is. To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on information on this site, by the site being unavailable, or by content on websites we link to.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
  • Our liability for the services we provide to a client is set by the signed agreement for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
