Do I need Dubai Municipality approval to renovate my villa?

Yes for most renovations, especially structural changes, extensions and changes to the footprint. You also need your community's approval. We handle both submissions as part of the service.

What is the difference between villa refurbishment and renovation?

Can I live in my villa during the renovation?
